Refund policy
Due to items being custom made and personalized; All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges if the incorrect items was sold or shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email uniquelykreated1@gmail.com within 2 days of the order date/receipt of product. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly to make sure your concern is addressed. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping cost if applicable.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at uniquelykreated1@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
